The wellness facilities, however, seem to be outdated and in need of a revamp. A few guests were disappointed with the pool, jacuzzi and sauna, but they still managed to enjoy the bijou lap-pool with two lanes. The spa day that they added to the itinerary was still a good experience. The steam room and sauna were worth a try. Guests appreciated the high-end toiletries and nespresso machine in the rooms, but felt that robes would have been a great addition for those who wished to go down to the pool area. The comfort and leisure center was decent and the atmosphere in the on-site bar is perfect for a post-workout drink. Despite the few shortcomings, The Spencer Hotel remains an excellent choice if you need somewhere comfortable and cozy to stay during your visit to Dublin.
