Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
ITC Hospitality - One Thibault Hotel is highly lauded for its prime location in the heart of Cape Town's central business district, offering guests unbeatable convenience to shopping, dining and key city attractions. Visitors frequently praise the spectacular city and mountain views from their rooms, enhancing their overall experience with beautiful sunsets and twinkling city lights. Safety is a top priority with dedicated security providing a secure environment. Exceptional cleanliness is another standout feature, often highlighted alongside modern, well-equipped rooms that maximize comfort and functionality.
The staff at One Thibault Apartments receive consistent acclaim for their friendliness, professionalism and attentive service, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Specific employees are often highlighted for their exceptional assistance, further enriching the guest experience. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi is appreciated, catering well to guests’ work and leisure needs.
However, the breakfast arrangement presents mixed reviews. While guests enjoy high-quality and varied breakfast options at nearby restaurants, some express dissatisfaction with the off-site breakfast and logistical inconveniences. Likewise, parking proves to be a significant issue with many finding the arrangements complex and frustrating, suggesting a need for better organization and clearer signage.
Despite minor concerns with noise insulation in the rooms and occasional issues with bed comfort, the overall sentiment towards One Thibault Apartments remains overwhelmingly positive. The combination of an excellent location, modern amenities, cleanliness and exceptional staff service makes it a compelling choice for both short and long stays in Cape Town, though improvements in parking and breakfast logistics could further enhance guest satisfaction.
