Some visitors found the prices of the services to be steep and complained that they had doubled in dollar value. Others were unhappy with the behavior of a male spa receptionist towards them and their colleagues. However, there were positive comments about the hotel gym which was described as being perfect. Some guests enjoyed a spa with a view in their rooms and thought the sauna area was awesome. On the downside, there were some reviews that simply stated "لايوجد" or "нет" which translates to "none" or "nothing" in English. For those interested in fitness, the hotel provides a good workout space and two swimming pools.
