The spa also provides towels, shower caps, shower gel and shampoo. However, guests need to notify the reception at least an hour in advance in order to use the facilities, especially the hammam and sauna. Although some guests found the wellness area to be in bad shape, others were delighted with the great spa. Bali massage is also available at the spa, although it can get hot inside the massage cabin due to the proximity to the sauna and hammam. While some guests had issues with the spa and the need to notify staff in advance, overall, this is a great spot to rest and relax.
