El Jardin is a beautiful hotel located in a private and peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of San Juan del Sur. The hotel boasts stunning views of the Nacascolo Bay and is close to the beaches but removed from the noise of the center. The breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices and fresh fruits and the staff is super friendly, accommodating and polite. The rooms are comfortable and cozy with stunning views, fresh white linens and towels. The pool is amazing with refreshing waters and breathtaking views of the jungle all the way down to the sea. While some guests have reported issues with ants, air conditioning and stained sheets, these instances were rare and did not detract from the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The road leading to the hotel is a bit rough for about a mile, but it's only 15 minutes by taxi to the main town or beach. Overall, El Jardin is a gem with excellent hosts and top-notch service and the pool seems to be a highlight of many guests' experiences.
