Ma Campagne - Le Jardin offers a tranquil and conveniently located retreat, highly praised for its charming garden, friendly and accommodating staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Nestled near notable attractions like Deauville-Trouville, Houlgate and the seaside, the hotel's ideal location makes it an excellent base for exploration. Despite its proximity to a busy road and a gas station, the quiet ambiance prevails, especially appreciated by motorcycle enthusiasts and travelers exploring the nearby towns of Cabourg and Honfleur.
The breakfast at Ma Campagne - Le Jardin generally receives positive feedback, recognized for its excellent value, quality and generous portions of delicious French croissants, bread and pastries. Guests appreciate the hearty and tasty spread, despite some suggesting improvements like a more substantial buffet and better juice and fruit options.
The rooms are highlighted for their cleanliness and cozy decor with comfortable bedding frequently mentioned as a standout feature. The functional and nicely decorated spaces, including larger family rooms, contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. However, some areas for improvement are noted, such as soundproofing, limited power outlets and the inability to open windows in some rooms. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's good value for money and advantageous location remain major positives.
Cleanliness is a strong point for the hotel with high hygiene standards reflected in the well-maintained rooms, clean bed linens and towels. The staff at Ma Campagne - Le Jardin consistently receive high praise for their warmth, friendliness and helpfulness, enhancing the overall experience for guests.
In summary, Ma Campagne - Le Jardin offers a clean, comfortable and charming stay with exceptional staff and a convenient location. With some improvements in room functionality and breakfast offerings, it could further enhance its already positive guest experience.

Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Residence Pierre & Vacances Les Embruns boasts a tranquil and convenient location, nestled just minutes from both the beach and Deauville's city center. This prime spot allows guests to enjoy both seaside relaxation and urban exploration without needing a car. The peaceful ambiance and accessibility to local attractions, shops and restaurants make it a top choice for many travelers, especially families who appreciate the functional and well-designed apartments ideal for children. Additionally, proximity to the train station is a bonus for those looking to explore further afield. Guests frequently commend the establishment for offering excellent value for money, many returning year after year due to the quality welcome and responsiveness of the pleasant staff.
The staff at Residence Pierre & Vacances Les Embruns receive extensive praise for their exceptional service. Guests highlight the friendliness and attentiveness of the reception team, who often accommodate early check-ins and provide helpful local advice. The positive environment fostered by the team, from the reception to housekeeping, creates a supportive and welcoming atmosphere that significantly enhances the overall experience.
Parking options, while appreciated for their convenience, do face some criticism. The small on-site parking area fills up quickly and the additional cost of €50 per week or €8 per day is felt to be somewhat high. Nevertheless, alternative street parking is available nearby and the option to reserve a parking spot in advance is valued by those who do so.
When it comes to cleanliness, there is notable room for improvement. Many guests have reported issues such as dust, stains and general dirtiness in both the apartments and common areas. Bedding and linens, in particular, require better hygiene practices with some reviews mentioning unchanged or stained sheets. While the cleanliness concerns do impact overall satisfaction, the location and quality reception service provide a counterbalance.
The beds at the residence receive mixed reviews. A good number of guests find them comfortable and appreciate the calm environment that promotes restful sleep. The space-saving design with beds that fold into the closet is also well-regarded. However, some guests report discomfort due to the mattress firmness and pillow quality, along with cleanliness issues regarding old or stained bedding.
Despite some shortcomings in cleanliness and bed comfort, the combination of an ideal location, exceptional staff and family-friendly accommodations make Residence Pierre & Vacances Les Embruns a favored choice among many travelers.
