We were thrilled to receive a room upgrade upon arrival and the restaurant certainly didn't disappoint. As you would expect from a 5-star hotel, everything about our stay was just luxurious. The whole vibe of the place is so luxurious that it's almost a show in itself. This is a very luxurious hotel with a special kind of luxury that feels like mountains wrapped in luxury. The hotel is une Augenweide, выше всех похвал, un vrai Palace, à la hauteur d'un 5 étoile, ein Grandhotel mit altem Charme, a 5-star hotel and un palace digne de la magie de Zermatt et de la région. The setting is magnifique and the reception greeted us with Champagne - it felt like paradise. While some might say that the hotel is a little pricey, it's worth every penny for the luxury experience you'll receive.
