However, due to hurricane damage, the pool deck and beach access are unfortunately closed. The hotel did inform some guests of this prior to arrival, but not all. Those who were able to enjoy the pools found them to be amazing and very large. Unfortunately, the outside jacuzzis were not operational during some guests' stays. It's worth noting that some guests experienced the pool area not being maintained, resulting in green water, presumably from hurricane damage.
