The staff is warm, welcoming and helpful with a particular shout out to Mr. Alec, who was described as the best. Guests were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who went above and beyond to make their stay enjoyable. The food offering, cleanliness and attention to detail were also commended. Although there were a few negative experiences from guests, overall, Aarunya Nature Resort - Kandy provides a wonderful escape from reality.
