Although the condition of the property is just “ok”, the average quality of the facilities and services was acceptable for the cost. Some guests felt that they expected more from the hotel at the price point they paid, but most found the accommodations to be adequate. However, one guest was disappointed that the bar was not open during their stay. Due to COVID, the breakfast buffet was not up to the usual standard, but the hotel did their best to provide something for guests. Unfortunately, the pool was also closed during some stays. Some minor issues were noted, such as incomplete plate settings and silverware, as well as the quality of food being hit or miss. Additionally, there was an out of service elevator during some stays. Despite these minor flaws, guests generally found the hotel to be passable and fair with some even giving it a good rating. However, one guest had a much more negative experience, finding their stay to be disgusting.
