The Caravelle Hotel im Park, despite its beautiful location, seems to have lost its charm over the years. Guests have frequently noted that the hotel doesn't look inviting and fails to provide a comfortable atmosphere. The architecture and furnishing are outdated, giving off a vibe reminiscent of the 1980s and 1990s. Many rooms feature worn-out furniture, while the overall décor is described as old-fashioned.
A complete renovation is suggested by several visitors to bring the hotel up to contemporary standards. While the price-performance ratio might be considered acceptable by some, there is a general sentiment that the hotel charges more than what it delivers with some guests expressing disappointment over the accommodation provided for the rates they paid. Issues like cheap bathroom fixtures in a three-star establishment further add to the dissatisfaction. Overall, it seems the hotel does not fully meet the expectations of its guests regarding its star rating and what it offers.
