Although some guests couldn't use the spa due to an extra charge, those who did visit the spa found the pool and facilities to be fantastic with some even saying that it was the best part of their stay. The spa had everything one would need, including a relaxing massage, health spa gym facilities and brilliant spa pool. Many guests enjoyed the added bonus of being able to use the pool and sauna facilities. Those who stayed at the hotel were also able to take advantage of great leisure facilities and excellent rooms. However, there were a few complaints about the food with some guests saying they could have gone somewhere cheaper and had better food. Overall, Bryn Meadow's hotel and spa resorts provided guests with a great spa experience that was exactly what they needed for a relaxing getaway.
