In the interest of tranquility and relaxation, SaraySpa is an adult sanctuary. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to use the Spa facilities. To respect other guests’ peace and privacy, mobile phone and other electronic devices are not permitted.
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to enjoy the beautiful spa facilities like Sauna and Jacuzzi. Kindly note that all treatments will end as scheduled so that the next guest may begin on time.
You will receive a 100% cotton robe and slippers to wear in the spa as well as a locker for your personal belongings.
Our therapists are highly trained in draping procedures to ensure your complete privacy; however, for your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments. Out of respect for the local culture, please note that swimsuits are required to enjoy the spa public facilities.
If you must reschedule or cancel your spa appointment, please notify the spa 4 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service.
