Despite a few complaints about staff lacking proper training, the majority of guests were pleased with the service provided by the reception and front office teams. The housekeeping team also received praise from several guests. The staff's professionalism and enthusiasm were unmatched, providing unbeatable customer service. The hotel's location, coupled with the hospitality of the staff, made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Despite a few isolated incidents of rudeness, guests generally found the staff to be caring, attentive and helpful.
