Even for those who were new to all-inclusive breaks, the hotel managed to meet all their needs and wishes. While some guests had concerns about the quality of the all-inclusive drinks, primarily local ones and found some undrinkable, most visitors remained satisfied. The only improvement suggested by guests was to have a larger activity team and more activities.
