Although there is no elevator, the staff is helpful in carrying luggage and alternative accommodations are available for guests with disabilities. The security guard is also very helpful for guests in wheelchairs. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, shops and hangout spots and even has an accessible bar. Despite some challenges with getting to the hotel due to road repairs, guests overwhelmingly recommend the Red Coconut Beach Hotel for its great location and accessibility.
