The atmosphere, Seville and food were great and the staff even made one feel like family. The facilities are clean and well maintained, the coffee and food are great and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are absolutely clean, very comfortable and equipped with complementary facilities such as robes, toiletries and 2 TVs. The mattresses felt wonderful and the internet connection was very good. The location is awesome with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The restaurant serves excellent food and the bar is wonderful. The hotel service is great and responsive, as they quickly responded to a request to cool their warm room. Although some of the rooms do not have air movement, the hotel provides earplugs to cope with the street noise at night. The only negative is that discounts and specials should be checked before booking. Overall, this fine older hotel is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque and offers a pleasant stay for guests.
