However, some guests comment that, for the price of £140 a night, the hotel needs more attention to detail. Additionally, some areas of the hotel are old and tired. Despite this, the hotel provides very good and superb services and facilities, including a proper chef in the kitchen. On the downside, some guests felt that the chef was absent, affecting the quality of the food and that no apologies were provided.
