Hotel Nacional Inn Angra dos Reis exhibits a blend of positive and critical feedback regarding its four-star rating. Despite claims of being a four-star establishment, some guests feel that it falls short of this standard and is more akin to a three-star hotel. The services and breakfast offered do not always align with four-star expectations, indicating room for improvement.
However, the hotel does have its redeeming features. Many guests appreciate the value for money, considering it one of the best in Angra dos Reis for its cost-benefit ratio. The service quality has received praise, meeting the expectations of some for a four-star stay. Amenities provided are also seen as justifying the hotel’s claimed star rating.
The overall impression is that while Hotel Nacional Inn Angra dos Reis has a lot of potential and some commendable aspects, it requires upgrades and better consistency in its offerings to fully meet the four-star standard it aims to uphold.
