The staff are exceptional, quick to respond to any questions or problems guests may have and offer tremendous service. Guests are impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and would definitely stay there again. While road construction around the hotel is a bit confusing, it's not a deal breaker. A few guests found the hotel to be disappointing and not up to 4-star standards, but for the most part, it's good enough for a short stay. Overall, the exceptional service provided by the friendly staff makes this hotel highly recommended for those visiting Arlington, Texas.
