The JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa is a highly recommended resort that offers a fantastic pool area loved by many guests. The lazy river was a particular highlight, perfect for groups of all ages and well-maintained. The other pools on-site were also popular and despite some guests expressing frustration about having to reserve pool areas and being charged for it, it did not affect their overall enjoyment. The resort's beautiful lobby and boutique shops also impressed guests. Despite one of the pools being under maintenance during the stay, guests still found the pool area and spa to be great with plenty of amenities to enjoy. Overall, guests couldn't get enough of the pool area at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa.
