The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess hotel has a young, friendly and competent staff who are willing to go above and beyond to make guests' stay unforgettable. Despite some negative comments about pool and restaurant service, guests were impressed by the exceptional service they received from the bell staff and valet. The variety of pools, including hot tubs and heated options and access to bar, kids activities, spa and restaurants make it a great place for a couples retreat or family vacation. The La Hacienda restaurant received high praise for serving some of the best food on the property and overall, the hotel has everything you need for a perfect pool getaway with outstanding customer service.
