The CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa is hard to beat when it comes to overall wellness experience. Their spa is top-notch and it shows - offering everything from aqua therapy circuits to fantastic massages. We highly recommend booking a spa day during your stay. However, be warned that prices may run expensive and not all spa services come with the same level of customer service. Please note that some of the facilities require purchasing a spa service to use, such as the lap pool. But if you want a fantastic spa experience, CIVANA is definitely worth the visit.

Hotel Solaya, part of JdV by Hyatt is a great value for money option with a prime location and comfortable beds. The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, making check-in a breeze. The facilities are cool and have been upgraded with bright paint. The atmosphere is quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. Some guests have experienced issues with noisy A/C units and marked up walls, but overall the rooms are comfortable and feature a patio for outdoor space. However, some guests were disappointed that their room did not match the photos online and suggest soundproofing should be added. The hotel does not provide kitchenettes or microwaves and the tiny fridge is not sufficient. Despite some minor issues, guests were impressed with Hotel Solaya, part of JdV by Hyatt and felt it exceeded their expectations.
