Natur- und Sporthotel Zuflucht boasts a superb location, serving as an excellent starting point for hikes and excursions within the picturesque surroundings. Guests frequently commend the hotel for its very nice reception and good meals, particularly noting the great selection at the breakfast buffet.
However, the three-star rating seems to be a point of contention. Some guests feel the hotel does not meet the advertised three-star standard, describing it as reminiscent of a youth hostel. The service, while generally satisfactory, has had occasional hiccups, as illustrated by a guest's experience with querying the type of gin used in their drink.
The price-performance ratio is a mixed bag; while some guests find it reasonable, others argue it does not align with the advertised level. The promised three-course menu sometimes turns out to be a buffet with dishes like steaks, fries and a less impressive pasta with shrimp.
Overall, while the facilities and services are generally satisfactory for a three-star hotel, there are some areas where the hotel could improve to meet guests' expectations.
