However, some guests with limited mobility did find it challenging to climb up to their rooms, especially those without a lift. Nonetheless, the travel desk did an amazing job and helped make their stay as comfortable as possible. One suggestion is for Taj to offer free airport pick up and drop off for their customers. Parents traveling with small children may find the property unsuitable, but overall the hotel is accessible and accommodating for guests with disabilities. The only issue was with the toilet sewage which needs attention and renovation.
