Despite being advertised as a four-star hotel, many reviews suggest that White Crown Hotel falls short of this classification. Key points of contention include the absence of amenities typically associated with a four-star rating, such as a buffet breakfast and sufficient room furnishings like jacket hangers. Guests often compare the standards to those of a pension rather than a high-tier hotel. Nevertheless, the hotel is praised for its good location. The staff's informal attire has also been noted as unprofessional for a four-star establishment.
