The Doric Hotel is a great option for those looking for a budget-friendly stay. Although the hotel's facilities and services exceeded its 3-star rating, some of its interiors need updating. Unfortunately, the paintwork is shabby and it looks very dated. However, for the price paid in comparison to other hotels, it's considered good value for money. Some guests complained that the hotel felt boiling hot and uncomfortable, like an old people's home. Despite these issues, the hotel remains a decent option for those on a budget with no major complaints.
