The hotel may be a bit of a walk from the town centre, but the peaceful and quiet location more than makes up for it. Guests who prefer not to walk can easily find taxis to take them back to the hotel. Parking on site is a plus, especially since there aren't any free parking options in the town area. Despite not being located near any restaurants, the hotel is ideally situated for different purposes. Walking distance to various places like the o2 academy, the beach, shops and venues, is quite comfortable. Even with the more extended walk of around 20-25 minutes to the town centre, guests can still have a lovely experience. The location is also perfect for walks along the Undercliff walk or for those who have access to a car to explore the area further. Overall, Derby Manor is an excellent choice for those visiting Bournemouth for its good and quiet location.
