Additionally, while the spa changing rooms were generally very clean, some guests commented on the low standard of products. Some guests mentioned that the spa could use more information and a few had issues with run-down or broken facilities. However, most guests were pleased with the spa and found it to be a fantastic addition to their hotel stay.
