Nestled in the mountains is the breathtaking Bear Creek Mountain Resort. The location of the resort is unbeatable with everything within walking distance. The lush green slopes are dotted with vibrant flowers, creating a beautiful ambiance that is hard to match. Guests can spend their time on the walking trails, soaking up the scenery, or lounging by the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The views are simply fantastic and are sure to mesmerize anyone who lays their eyes on it. The property is stunning with the surrounding area adding to its charm. The staff is excellent and is always on hand to ensure a peaceful and beautiful stay. Conveniently, everything needed is located on site and guests do not have to venture far to find anything they need - from a spa to swimming pools. The location is great and provides a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while still being close to home. All in all, the location is a perfect haven for a getaway that is peaceful, beautiful and rejuvenating.

Breakfast

Bear Creek Mountain Resort offers an exceptional breakfast experience with delicious food that is way above average. The Trails End cafe serves very good food, though a bit pricey and is recommended for morning coffee. There were coffee makers in the rooms which was a plus. However, vegan options were limited and it was difficult for people with food allergies to find breakfast or lunch options with only two dinner options available. While the selection was limited, the food was expensive and dinner options were poor, it was still a great breakfast experience. Carry-out options were available, but some guests preferred to go elsewhere due to breakfast prices. Although some guests reported issues with coffee machines not working, it did not detract from a wonderful overall breakfast experience.

Despite a few issues like booking.com misrepresenting room types, lack of blankets for the pull-out couch and rooms needing a little updating, guests found the rooms and facilities nicely maintained. The resort was unfortunately unable to provide requested suites and there were few chairs for the rooms with a capacity of 6. However, the room was always clean with no unpleasant smells. The staff at the front desk sometimes lacked helpfulness but overall guests enjoyed comfortable and quiet rooms at Bear Creek Mountain Resort.
