The hotel has a large and nice room with a kitchenette. Some guests received a free upgrade to a larger room as well. The view of the Vosges mountains is fantastic and it is possible to have dinner on the terrace while enjoying a magnificent view. Negative reviews included some dinner dishes being tough and unimpressive comments from the server and the spa and wellness area being a bit of a letdown with all massages and beauty treatments being fully booked. However, the hotel definitely deserves its four-star rating, though air conditioning would be a useful addition. The only drawback mentioned by some guests was the slow Wi-Fi speed.
