The breakfast is a standout feature with a variety of high-quality food options, including options for infants and children. The hotel is family-friendly with plenty of fun activities for kids, including various warm pools and entertainment corners. The staff is exceptional, providing excellent service with politeness, friendliness and helpfulness. The spa and pool facilities are fantastic with multiple indoor and outdoor pools, hot pools and jacuzzi. The hotel is well-suited to all guests and while mainly orientated towards families with children, everyone can enjoy the hotel's excellent services. Although some guests have found the beds to be soft and uncomfortable, the overall impression is that of a fantastic hotel.
