It is located in a great location for a short stay with many specific requests catered for. The fully staffed friendly reception and the friendly and very knowledgeable concierge are the biggest assets to this hotel. The quality comfortable bedding and complimentary mini bar add to the convenience of the guests. However, the hotel loses points for not being a true 5-star experience according to some guests, especially when it comes to closing the bar at 10:45 pm each night and the breakfast not being as good as one would expect. Yet, many still believe that the Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa by IHG certainly lives up to its 5-star rating and is up there with the best hotels. Also, the beautiful food, great spa and friendly staff make the experience truly exceptional.
