Summary of reviews related to the 'Accessible' category
Summarized by AI
Best Western Seaside Inn offers good accessibility within the hotel with amenities in easy walking distance, making it convenient for guests. The beach is also an easy walk away, adding to its appeal for a budget trip. The staff, described as attentive and accommodating, ensure that guests' needs are met if requests are communicated early in the day.
However, there are significant drawbacks for guests with disabilities. The lack of wheelchair access, no elevator and absence of braille signage make it less suitable for disabled guests. Additionally, some issues with cleanliness, such as rooms not being cleaned and towels not being changed and maintenance problems like a faulty closet door and sharp floors, were noted. Despite this, bike accessible parking space is available, which is a plus.
