The staff were incredibly welcoming, providing a service fit for 5 stars. The hotel facilities and location were both stunning with a metro station and supermarket conveniently located nearby. We had a fabulous 4-night stay, feeling every bit like we'd earned our rightfully deserved 5-star luxury. The hotel offers perfect in every way amenities, fitting for a grand family vacation or romantic getaway. The only slight let-down was the high price tag, understandably setting high standards that some guests felt weren't quite met. However, these minor issues didn't detract from the overall grandeur of the hotel. All in all, it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we loved and would do again in a heartbeat.
