Despite the hotel not having the usual facilities like a gym or spa, guests still consider it the best hotel on the island with an excellent value for money. The hotel's location, rooms, cuisine and service are all up to Relais & Châteaux standards with guests describing the dining experience as an explosion of flavors that truly deserve their five-star rating. It's an exceptional and superbe hotel that's perfect for unforgettable moments. However, some guests did feel that the hotel did not live up to its five-star status and a few even went as far as to say that it's "lamentable" and not worth the Relais & Châteaux label. Regardless, the hotel's level of service is definitely up there with other five-star hotels and overall, it's an exceptional place to stay.
