Serenity Resort enjoys a picturesque and tranquil location around a beautiful lake, just a short drive from Brașov. This setting provides stunning views and a close-to-nature experience, which guests find peaceful and rejuvenating. The surroundings, enriched by swans and captivating mountain backdrops, offer an ideal getaway for nature lovers.

The breakfast service at Serenity Resort is widely appreciated for its delicious and varied à la carte options with guests particularly praising the fresh and tasty dishes like omelettes and poached eggs. Despite some criticism regarding potentially lengthy waiting times and the occasional cold meal, the general consensus is positive due to the quality of the food and the friendly, outstanding service.

The resort’s dinner offerings also receive high acclaim for their excellent and diversified menu. Guests enjoy the superb and delicious food, enhanced by an attentive staff and a beautiful dining atmosphere. Although minor issues such as unavailable dishes and occasionally lukewarm food are noted, the overall dining experience is celebrated for its quality and service excellence.

Serenity Resort’s rooms are well-regarded for their spaciousness, cleanliness and stylish décor. The variety of accommodations, which includes lakeside cottages, apartments and villas, provides a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing stay. Despite minor issues like broken mosquito nets or missing air conditioning in some rooms, the clean and elegantly designed interiors contribute significantly to the guests' satisfaction.

Cleanliness across the resort is a strong point, as guests frequently highlight the immaculate condition of the rooms and common areas. The well-maintained property and the stunning natural views add to the serene and tidy environment, making the stay pleasant and visually appealing.

The exceptional staff at Serenity Resort is often praised for their kindness, politeness and efficiency. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful nature of both the receptionists and restaurant staff, which significantly enhances their overall experience at the resort.

While the free WiFi service receives mixed reviews with some guests experiencing weak signals in certain areas, others find the internet speed satisfactory. The ample, freely available parking is a notable convenience, though some guests suggest the need for shaded parking spaces.

Family-friendly amenities and services, such as provided cribs and high chairs, help make Serenity Resort suitable for family vacations. However, some guests mention that the rooms may not adequately cater to family needs in terms of space and privacy.

The beds at the resort are generally praised for their comfort with many guests enjoying the generous size and soft mattresses. There are, however, some complaints regarding certain beds being too small or pillows being too hard.

As a four-star property, Serenity Resort offers a luxurious experience with elegant decor and top-class facilities. While it often exceeds four-star expectations, minor aspects such as breakfast waiting times and occasional cleanliness issues have been noted.

The resort also caters well to business travelers, providing excellent facilities and a business-friendly environment. The ballroom and special rooms enhance the resort's appeal for corporate needs, although there is room for improvement in restaurant service to better meet business-level expectations.

Lastly, Serenity Resort is praised for its accessibility features, including wheelchair accessible rooms and parking, ramps and a well-thought-out layout that facilitates ease of movement for all guests.

In conclusion, Serenity Resort combines comfort, style and natural beauty to offer a memorable and relaxing stay, supported by a friendly staff, excellent dining options and a serene environment.
