Despite this, the hotel's location is excellent with lots of things to do nearby. Unfortunately, the hotel can be quite expensive and some guests were not satisfied with the quality of the hotel's rooms. Additionally, be warned that the hotel does hold weddings and rowdy guests can disturb the peaceful atmosphere. Moreover, there are limited dining options beyond the tatty pub in the middle of nowhere. Nevertheless, visitors agreed that La Mon Hotel & Country Club makes a nice getaway for families looking for a good time.
