Romantischer Seegasthof & Hotel Altes Zollhaus received mixed reviews regarding its facilities and services. Some guests found the restaurant overpriced with inappropriate portions, while others felt that the quality did not match the price. Some found the rooms small and outdated and complained about the noise level and maintenance issues. Although the location was praised, the pricing was deemed too high for the quality offered. However, some guests found their stay pleasant and acceptable, especially those who stayed in the main house. Overall, the hotel could benefit from improvements in pricing and facilities.

The Waldhotel & Restaurant Stieglitzenkrug is a charming countryside hotel with a top location in the middle of a beautiful forest and a few minutes' walk from a stunning lake. The hotel offers easy access to the town and is an ideal base for exploring the wider area. Guests highly acclaim the breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options for everyone's taste. The dinner is also very good with some complaints about limited selection and inflexibility in the restaurant schedule. The rooms may be a bit outdated but they are clean and functional with ample storage and mirrors. The hotel is very clean with attentive staff who go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and happy. Although the hotel provides free wifi access, some guests reported not having it in their rooms. Overall, Waldhotel & Restaurant Stieglitzenkrug is a great choice for a short stay with a dreamlike atmosphere surrounded by beautiful surroundings.
