Even though the hotel is not located directly on the beach, the swimming in front of the hotel is good and it's only a 10-minute walk to Jaz Lamaya beach. From the front office manager to the animation team, the pool and main restaurants and the General Manager, the staff is cool, caring and always goes the extra mile to guarantee a pleasant stay. We would like to especially thank Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Mohamed at the reception, Mr. Mohamed from the animation team, Ms. Katia from kids club, Mr. Haitham from the buffet, Baraka, Hossam, Taha and Mostafa for their exceptional service. Guests are treated like family with Ali the concierge, becoming more of a friend than a staff member. The cocktails from Ibrahim are always full of inspiration. Even the housekeeping team was fantastic, ensuring the cleanliness of the rooms. The warmth, kindness and smiles of the staff make Jaz Maraya Resort a welcoming and friendly destination, starting from the moment guests arrive.

The hotel has a playground and a kids' pool, which makes it a perfect place for families with children. The family room is well designed and equipped to accommodate children comfortably. The beach is beautiful, but it is advised to use special shoes if you're not planning on swimming in the deep part due to a live reef. However, it's a nice place to spend some time. Moreover, the atmosphere is very family-oriented and the children are all well-behaved. We can't wait to go back with our girls. Finally, the evening entertainment is quite good and they take care of all the details, which makes them very special.
