Unfortunately, some guests were kicked out without a refund or told to leave in order to accommodate another group. Although the small spa area was praised as being super and sparkling clean, some guests thought the extra 5-10 EUR fee per person for the less expensive rooms on the top and ground floors was unreasonable. Finally, the staff were friendly and welcoming, but guests wished there were more staff members available in the spa.
