However, a small number of guests encountered some issues such as stained carpet, broken minibars and the bathtub having more hot settings. Despite this, the hotel exceeded expectations for most travellers who appreciated the room's comfort and cleanliness. However, some remarked that the hotel was overpriced with peeling paint and inadequate amenities. Overall, the Ritz-Carlton Denver's rooms offer a luxurious and comfortable stay for discerning travellers.
