Summary of reviews related to the 'Accessible' categoryCaravela Beach Resort is a bustling hotel that's accessible to everyone except those with mobility issues since there is no lift. However, if you're able-bodied, you'll be happy to find that the hotel is located on the ground floor, making it very accessible. The limited parking was certainly a drawback, but the hotel staff was fantastic and quite helpful in every department. While some guests had difficulty reaching the reception, they found security, housekeeping and other staff to be very responsive. Though there is room for improvement, the hotel management has yet to take any significant actions to increase the available parking or make the hotel more suitable for those with disabilities. In summary, Caravela Beach Resort is a beautiful hotel with fantastic staff, perfect for anyone looking for an accessible stay in Goa.
