The Art Complex Anel is beautifully located right on the sea shore, providing a wonderful escape where one can completely disconnect from everyday life and recharge with a lot of positive energy. This dream destination is a great place to unwind, boasting picturesque views and a tranquil atmosphere. Despite these positives, there are several drawbacks that need attention. Guests have noted that the hotel does not live up to its advertised five-star status, aligning more closely with a three-star rating. Multiple reviews pointed out issues with the restaurant, describing it as inadequate and not meeting the expected standards. The food quality and restaurant service were particularly critiqued with an incident of food being poured into the pool and absent reservations. Additionally, the breakfast service and overall restaurant experience were not on par with a five-star hotel. Another noted downside is the lack of TV accessibility for foreign guests. While the location and the environment offer a charming retreat, the facilities and services provided by the hotel reveal significant room for improvement.
