Guests appreciate the proximity to essential amenities, enhancing the property's practicality for an enjoyable stay.
While the breakfast offerings received mixed reviews, the availability of breakfast was appreciated by some, although inconsistencies in what was advertised and served led to some dissatisfaction. Clarity about breakfast options could improve the experience for future guests.
The rooms offer spacious and stylish accommodations, often noted for their quiet and peaceful atmosphere, with large, comfortable beds. However, significant concerns about cleanliness and maintenance exist, with guests reporting issues such as exposed wiring, sticky floors, unpleasant odors, and cleanliness discrepancies, including unclean bathrooms and potential pest issues. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which might address these problems over time.
The staff generally receive commendations for their friendly, professional demeanor, especially the front desk, contributing positively to the guest experience overall. Yet, isolated incidents of less favorable interactions suggest a need for continued focus on customer service.
Finally, bed comfort proved inconsistent, with some guests enjoying restful sleep, while others faced discomfort from hard mattresses and unstable bed frames. Cleanliness concerns over the bedding further indicate areas needing improvement to ensure a consistently positive stay experience. The inn seems to be in a transitional phase, looking to enhance its offerings and overall guest satisfaction.

Good Hotels Downtown Denver offers a mixed experience for its guests. While challenges like the absence of an elevator and noise from nearby nightlife can impact comfort, the establishment manages to shine in some areas. Guests have described the rooms as clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, providing a spacious and welcoming respite amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite its age, the hotel maintains certain charm, although its stripped-down approach with no front desk and some closed facilities suggests a focus primarily on providing lodging. The velvet bench, portrayed as luxurious in promotional materials, does not live up to expectations, revealing the need for some updates. For those seeking just a clean and comfortable room in downtown Denver, this hotel meets basic expectations but lacks certain amenities typical of a three-star rating.
