The spa area at Mercure Itajai Navegantes boasts a beautiful and well-maintained environment, contributing to a relaxing experience. Guests particularly appreciated the sauna and the swimming pool area, describing the latter as excellent. The gym, while small and simple, is nevertheless functional, enabling visitors to maintain their workout routines during their stay.
The pool, noted for being warm, adds to the overall pleasant experience, although some felt that it could be hotter for ultimate comfort. The available jacuzzi, when functioning, also received positive remarks for enhancing relaxation. However, there were occasional issues with accessing certain spa amenities, such as spa channels and the jacuzzi not working at times.
Despite some logistical challenges, highlighted by difficulties in arranging massages due to external factors like the weather, the massage service itself was rated as fabulous by those who experienced it. Overall, the spa services at Mercure Itajai Navegantes provide a commendable blend of facilities for a rejuvenating stay.
