The room was absolutely clean and modern, proving that the standard of cleanliness is second to none. The only downside was a towel with a stain, but this was quickly resolved by the housekeeping staff. I observed how the cleaning crew efficiently and effectively cleaned the rooms to the standard of a 5-star hotel. Some guests mentioned issues with housekeeping failing to replenish some items, but these were the minority.

Overall, I was satisfied with the level of attention to detail and cleanliness provided by the hotel. Despite a few isolated issues, I would recommend the InterContinental Cascais-Estoril, an IHG Hotel, to anyone seeking high-quality accommodation in a beautiful and clean environment.
