Guests can enjoy a complimentary shuttle service to the city or Zurich Zoo where families can benefit from free admission. One downside mentioned by some guests is that there is no pool for children within the hotel itself but rather a communal swimming pool which does not meet the hotel's high standards. Some guests also expressed disappointment in the lack of family-oriented services while others were dissatisfied with the quality of the restaurant food and the unfriendly staff.
