However, the pool is always heated to the perfect temperature, making swimming a joy. Even during a severe storm, guests appreciated the heated pool, which was a welcome respite. The hotel staff is very accommodating and attentive, offering guests free breakfast and treats like fruit, water and wine. The breakfast is said to be excellent, especially the scrambled eggs. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean with some guests commenting on the little touches like bathrobes and fresh flowers left in the rooms. The location of the hotel is also perfect within walking distance of Elounda and Agios Nikolaos.
