Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Blue Tree Premium Alphaville garners praise for its prime location in the central area of Alphaville, offering guests easy access to shopping centers, restaurants and entertainment venues, all within walking distance. The area is noted for its safety, making it a favorable environment for both business and leisure travelers.
Guests appreciate the spacious and comfortable rooms with modern infrastructure and quality amenities, although some mention issues with older carpets and occasional maintenance problems. Cleanliness is generally well-regarded, particularly in public areas and during the Covid-19 pandemic, although inconsistent standards in some rooms detract from the experience for some visitors.
The hotel's breakfast is highlighted positively with descriptors such as "wonderful" and "spectacular," featuring a variety of options, including tapioca and omelettes made to order. Despite slight criticisms of the variety needing expansion and occasional crowding, the breakfast remains a favorite among guests.
Dinner experiences at the hotel are mixed with the restaurant often criticized for its limited menu variety and food quality. However, room service and breakfast continue to receive positive remarks, thanks to the attentive and polite service from the staff. The overall general service quality of the hotel is seen as a good cost-benefit.
The spa and gym facilities also receive high praise with guests enjoying the relaxing ambiance and well-equipped spaces for fitness and wellness. The pool, maintained with indoor heating, adds to the hotel's appeal, although its shallow depth limits it to practice more than leisure swimming.
Staff at Blue Tree Premium Alphaville are frequently described as friendly, attentive and professional, contributing significantly to the positive guest experience. Although there are occasional mentions of disorganization among some staff members, individuals like Jessica, Daniello, Ben, Wallace, Antonio and Luh receive personal commendations for their exemplary service.
WiFi connectivity is one of the hotel's weaker points with many guests facing unreliable and slow service, especially on higher floors. This has been a significant inconvenience for those needing stable internet for work.
The valet parking service has mixed reviews with some appreciating the convenience and reasonable prices, while others report dissatisfaction due to slow service and lack of clear communication about parking fees.
Blue Tree Premium Alphaville stands out as a family-friendly option, offering spacious rooms suitable for guests with children and attentive staff to assist family needs. The hotel's close proximity to the Alphaville Shopping Center and appealing breakfast selection makes it an attractive choice for families.
Overall, despite minor inconveniences, Blue Tree Premium Alphaville provides a convenient, comfortable and engaging stay for a variety of guests with standout features including its prime location, excellent breakfast and dedicated staff.
